Green Buses
Tirana introduced a hybrid electric bus line in August 2021. It’s the start of making the transport more sustainable, the city more livable and the air quality better. It operates on the large ring line. More busses are supposed to come soon.
Intercity busses
You can find the bus stops for the busses in Tirana everywhere. You usually don’t have to wait longer than 3-10 minutes for the next bus to arrive. They run from 6am to 11pm. A ticket costs 40lek (0,33 euro) per bus ride and you have to buy it after entering the bus. There are 20 lines. Check out the bus network and lines below:
